However, due to the custom and small-batch nature of many of our products, we offer refunds or exchanges only on items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cre8tivegestures2021@gmail.com, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right. Please Note: Color Variations: Actual colors may slightly vary from what you see on screen. This is due to photography lighting, lenses, and individual monitor or device settings. These slight color differences do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
